If you were enrolled at The University of Phoenix at any time after April 1, 2023 (or after April 1, 2020, if you were in Illinois) and the date on which the Court enters a final judgment in this matter, you may be entitled to receive a $25.00 cash payment
If you are a Settlement Class Member and wish to receive Settlement Benefits then you must submit a Claim Form by November 5, 2026.
To be eligible to receive any benefits from the settlement obtained in this class action lawsuit, you must submit a completed Claim Form in which you will declare under penalty of perjury that you visited a website owned and/or operated by The University of Phoenix, Inc. between April 1, 2023 (or April 1, 2020, if you were in Illinois) and October 6, 2026, your browser settings were not set to prevent or block cookies or tracking, and you did not use privacy extensions to prevent or block cookies
To start your online claim form, you must login with your LoginID and PIN. If you received a notice of this Settlement, your LoginID and PIN is at the top left-hand side of the email notice. If you are unable to locate your Login ID and PIN, please contact the Settlement Administrator by emailing info@UOPPixelSettlement.com. Please request your LoginID and PIN by providing your full name and mailing address.

The deadline to submit a Claim Form online is November 5, 2026. If you are mailing your Claim Form, it must be mailed with a postmark date no later than November 5, 2026.
